The Health Plus Card is available for ₹200. However, if you take an eligible Health Checkup or Diagnostic Test worth ₹1,000 or more on a single bill, you can get the card FREE.
Terms & Conditions
- Health Plus Card is valid for 1 year from the date of activation.
- One membership covers 1 primary member and up to 4 dependents.
- Family members must be added as part of the membership.
- The card can be used for eligible Pathology, Radiology and Health Package tests.
- 10% discount is subject to a maximum benefit of ₹200 per bill.
- Home Collection benefit is 50% OFF up to 4 times per year.
- Card activation is completed within approximately 5 minutes after successful payment and family-member registration.
- Benefits are subject to applicable Medall terms and conditions.
